  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand seasons (spring/summer), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for most deliveries.
  • Large equipment may be shipped via freight services. In such cases, we will contact you to schedule delivery.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee (contact us for details).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or products — see the product page for details.
  • Additional fees may apply for delivery to remote areas or special handling requirements.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
    • Freight Delivery (Large Items): 5–12 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

6. Delivery of Large Equipment

  • Freight deliveries require someone 18+ to be present at the delivery address.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery and noting any damages before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Additional services such as inside delivery or liftgate service may be available upon request.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available upon request with additional charges.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large equipment orders.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • We will assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement if applicable.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
